Our associates are primarily veterans, former or current law enforcement officers and WPPS personnel qualified for diplomatic or high-risk operations. Emergency Services Teams can be deployed quickly to crisis operations during natural disasters, strikes, facility closures or other disruptive events such as hostile terminations. Bedrock has transportation resources and affiliates to provide secure ground and air transportation almost anywhere in the world.
INVESTIGATION AND INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS - A Senior Case Manager running TrackOps case management software coordinates scheduling, service delivery and efficiency. Internal oversight for each matter is provided by an lead investigator with at least 10,000 plus hours of experience. In 1992, Paul J Nelson founded the original company in California, which grew to be the dominant provider of security services in North San Diego County. In 1999, Paul moved to his native Utah and established the company headquarters in Salt Lake City. Between 1999 and 2014, Mr. Nelson established operations in Los Angeles, Sacramento, Portland, Seattle, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Denver. Since then several professional partners joined the team bringing added expertise in depth to the company all leading up to Bedrock Special Projects Group today.

J Damien Scott is a Marine and former police officer with more than 25 years full-charge executive experience providing executive protection, security and crisis management, investigation and intelligence services for government, private, and international organizations. Damien spent 7+ years experience working in post-conflict development zones with host country security forces and international business partners. He has operational experience in Haiti, Iraq, Kurdistan, Afghanistan, Lebanon, South Sudan, Mexico, Colombia, Bosnia and the United States.
Todd is an entrepreneur who thrives in the challenge of startups and helping them succeed and grow into established businesses. After spending nearly a decade working in finance and marketing for multimillion-dollar brands and startups, he has great knowledge in SEO and lead generation, financial analysis and executive management. In his time with Bedrock, Todd participated in company growth which has been recognized in 2017 and 2018 on the Inc. 5000 list of top growing companies in America. Todd holds a BA in Business Management from Utah Valley University.
Tony T Henrie
Retired as a Supervisory Special Agent, FBI (23 years). Experienced in a wide variety of investigative matters, including drugs, fugitives, violent crimes, international and domestic terrorism, child sexual abuse, white collar crime, health care fraud, special operations, aerial and ground surveillance, interview and interrogation, et al. Ten years as a FBI Firearms instructor. Certified by the State of Utah as a Concealed Firearms Permit Instructor. Tony is a fluent Spanish speaker.
